PURCHASE LIMITS
Each item has a purchase limit per member agency.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
All Sales are FINAL.  No Returns or Refunds Allowed.

SUBMITTING ORDERS
All Submitting an order is NOT a guarantee that you will receive the items requested.  Approving orders are based on agency eligibility, required applications and documentations, and in-stock inventory.

SCHEDULED PICK-UPS
All items must be picked up at Rehovot in Mobile, AL by SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT ONLY.  After receiving and approving your order, pick-up will be scheduled between Rehovot and the member agency.

Agencies are not allowed to RESALE any of the items being provided.  Agencies that are discovered selling items will be fined and removed from the Member Agency program.
